Ms. Nakanishi has over 25 years of teaching experience,
a firm foundation in the Parker System of American Kenpo,
and a sincere desire to develop you, the student,
to your highest potential in the Art.

Ms. Nakanishi's personal mission is to develop Martial Artists,
not Partial Artists, who are highly proficient practitioners
of the Art of Kenpo and who are dedicated
to the perpetuation of the Ed Parker Legacy.

Ms. Nakanishi teaches the Parker System as prescribed
by Senior Grand Master Ed Parker - not a derivative or altered
version of the Art.  Students learning and skills improve
exponentially when curriculum is standardized and consistent.

Additionally, the PARKER SYSTEM OF AMERICAN KENPO
is a COMPLETE SYSTEM of Self-Protection.
Through developing understanding of the basic
Principles and Concepts, practitioners open doors to skills
and abilities that are infinite in scope and application.

Because this Art is LOGICAL in approach, it proves particularly
effective for smaller individuals, particularly women,
because one learns to work
SMARTER in order to overcome any size disadvantage.

To accomplish this skill, one must become proficient in the Art.
And just as in any other activity, proficiency only comes with
many years of HARD WORK, DEDICATION, and COMMITMENT.

THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS
